1. What are the steps to load a card?

   To load a card, you have to follow 3 simple steps that only take a few minutes (step two does not need to be repeated for a subsequent order if you keep the account):

1. In the phone form, fill in the phone number and the credit you want to load and click "Load Credit"
2. On the next page, fill in your name and email address and click "To Payment"
3. Fill in the payment details and your credit will be loaded

2. How long will it take for my phone credit to be loaded?

    Your phone credit is loaded in the shortest possible time depending on the loading of the platform, it can take between 1 and 30 minutes.

3. What does "prepay card as a subscription" mean?
